How do I request a review key?
Use the contact form on this page and select "Review key request" in the subject dropdown. Include your outlet, audience size and platform. Keys are typically issued within 48 hours.
Do you accept unsolicited game pitches?
We do not accept outside game pitches - all NeonHive titles are designed in-house. For publishing enquiries from other studios, please email [email protected].
Are you hiring?
We are always open to applications from talented makers, even when no specific role is posted. Send your portfolio and a short note to [email protected].
Where is the press kit?
Our press kit - logos, screenshots, fact sheets and trailers - is available on request. Email [email protected] with your outlet details and we will send a download link.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes - all our paid titles offer a 30% student discount through our partnership with Student Beans. The discount is applied automatically at checkout on Steam.
How do I report a bug?
For in-game bugs, please use the in-game report tool - it attaches save data automatically. For account or billing issues, email [email protected] with your platform and username.
